Our beginner classes are identified by the Blue rectangles in the schedule.
Please note Tai Chi Nanaimo strives to be in compliance with public health restrictions of the Province of BC.
Masking may be required or requested for any of our classes at the discretion of the instructor. We also generally practice social distancing.

Continuing tai chi classes are open to anyone who has completed the beginner course in this form with us or any other organization.
Beginner classes in Lok Hup, Sabre, Sword and Xingyi start at various times which are announced throughout the year.
Qigong practice sessions are open to members who have completed Levels 1 and 2 or higher in Dr Eva Wong's Daoist Qigong Program. Contact us for more information.
